| Titan ist ein starkes und extrem leichtes
Metall, das gegen Korrosion widerstandsfähig
ist. Meiste Säuren sind darauf
wirkungslos. Es irritiert die Körpergewebe und
die Knochen nicht. Titan ist oft für permanente
chirurgische Implantate benutzt wegen
seinem Widerstand gegen den Angriff der
Körperflüssigkeiten, seinem leichten Gewicht
und seiner Anpassung zum menschlichen
Körper. Titans Originalfarbe ist hellgrau und
wir empfehlen die Benutzung von Titan für
das primäre Piercing. Titan kann auch zu Rot,
Gelb, Blau oder Grün oxydiert werden; und
wir empfehlen die Benutzung von oxydiertem
Titan nur als Nachpiercing-Produkte.
Titan ist die Wahl Nr. 1 für frisches Piercing.
